Heya Everybody! I'm back, and after weeks of extensive training, I have returned with one of the most successful Battle Tower Teams to date.

Gyrados@Lum Berry
Jolly Nature
252 Att/ 252 Speeed
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Earthquake
Ice Fang

The Most amazing lead. Lum Berry is to halt all those statusfaggers that I have encountered in Battle Tower. Thanks to the intimidate, and his decent defenses, he usually can dragon dance at least once. At which point, he sweeps. Waterfall for physical STAB, earthquake for coverage, and Ice Fang over Stone Edge for Accuracy and to defeat dragons, which plague me far to often

Tyranitar@Leftovers
Jolly Nature
252 Attack/ 252 Speed
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Crunch

The Most Amazing Physical Sweeper. Thanks to Sandstorm, he gets a Defense and Sp Def boost. He can Dragon Dance, once, maybe twice, and then sweep. Ground/Rock/Dark hits most things ( i cant think of anything that resists it), and he hits hard enough to OHKO most things anyways.

Espeon @Life orb
Timid Nature
100 Sp att/ 152 Sp Def/ 252 Speed
Psychic
Calm Mind
Signal Beam
Grass Knot

The Special Sponge/ Sweeper. Turn One she calm minds, turn two she destroys all that move. Grass Knot to Hit Milotic/ Regigias and other heavy pokemon, Psychic and Signal Beam for coverage.

Any Advice is Welcome.

i see a lot of holes in that strategy. what happens if someone has a rattata? huh?

i've just been trying to think of any weakness to this team, and it is hard :P the one pokemon i thought of that could be a problem is heracross, but only to espeon and tyranitar. amazing type coverage with three pokemon :)

Well, seeing as how Sandstorm doesn't benefit either Gyarados or Espeon (in fact, it completely defeats the purpose of it's sponging/walling capabilities), I would say replace T-Tar. Maybe Metagross? Higher physical attack, comparable defenses, and also the ability to tank physical hits if it has to. Since you're going to be using Metagross after Gyarados has had it's fun, you could try an Agility set.

Metagross@Leftovers
Adamant nature
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 12 Def / 132 Spe
-- Agility
-- Meteor Mash
-- Earthquake
-- Thunder Punch/Ice Punch/Explosion

What about rattata ?

He's talking about the F.E.A.R. strategy

Frankly, i dont give a hoot about sandstorm damage. it affects espeon only, and this team is not meant to stall out a pokemon. this is me hurtling at the opponent. As for metagross, I am not a fan, it has lower SP def.
And I cant get Thunder Punch/Ice Punch on Metagross. No platinum

-_- excuse me, then. And it affects Gyarados too, if you have to bring it back out. But whatever.

why would I have to bring it back out? Theres minimal switching in battle tower as it is. Gyrados as a battle tower lead should just try to dent the opposing forces, not try to dodge electric attacks. Tyranitar is the bulky one

Sorry if it sounded rude. I didnt intend for it to.

I really like this team

Maybe you should have a perfect accuracy move but its pretty solid. Has it been tested ?

My best was 86, I wasnt paying attention and hit heracross with earthquake instead of thunderpunch on my banded electivire =(
