Well, on the account of me taking a trip, I've held off on my series set for a bit. The following pieces, though, were created on my trip, ( on the way there, I guess you could say ).

1.) Big Brother Blastoise The title tells it all. Two baby Squirtles listen to and fantasize about the 'mighty' battles their older kin has gotten into. Done in marker, while in the car. Oy, it was bumpy.

2.) Hackysack A comic I thought up while on the road. Poor Flareon and Jolteon. Today jus' wasn't their day. Also done in markers, Flareon touched up with a little colored pencil. I didn't really have a color to match Pineco. Eck, I'm no good with markers while riding in a car. It's been a long time since I've used 'em.

[color=1e90ff]Big Brother Blastoise: Aw, the Squirtles are so cute! If you hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known you did this during a bumpy trip, it looks perfect! Your choice to shade it with lines like that was a nice one, it looks really good with just the black and white. The background is wonderful, you've done really well with it! Blastoise looks great too, I love the story behind the picture. But my favourite part? The Lapras in the background!! ^^

Hackysack: Aww, poor Pineco, hehe. You have to feel sorry for Jolteon and Flareon, too. ^^; It's really cute, though! Again, you've done really well with the markers. I like the little marks on Flareon's mane and tail. The coloured pencil looks really good too, nice and bright - I especially like the bold colours on Flareon - and the expression is adorable! Flareon's eyes are too cute. *huggles Flareon* I love the background, the mountains and trees are so well done! Oh, and I really like the way you've put the background in a "panel", with the Eeveelutions and Pineco sitting outside of it. It calls more attention to the foreground, I think it's really effective.

You did that riding in a car????? *is suprised* Were you drawing it on some kind of hard background?

Big Brother Blastoise: Tjis is a graet picture. I like the pose and expresion of Blastiose and the squirtles. The shading doner on teh Pokemon looks really well, and I admire the texture of the beach and the water. The sunset looks nice and the Lapras and Wingulls in the background give it a finishing touch

Hackysack :lol: I like the expresion on their faces and how you see it in their pose as well. The shading's nice, essecially where you used little black lines to make it come out better. Jolteons collar look a bit light blue, as if it's charged with electricity, and you made Flareons tail and collar look fluffy really well. Pinoco's color, at last, doesn't look to much like it's the wrong color, in fact, in some way, it fits him really well
 
Yep, I actually have this board type of thing that comes in handy. It's padded on the bottom, but hard on the top. It did help quite a bit, however, in some spots it was super bumpy.

Big Brother Blastoise: I mentioned this before and I'll do it again. You're lineart is impecable! ^^ I love the poses and expressions. Those 2 squirtle look so cute. ^^ I love the texture on the sand and the background makes the picture stand out more. And the Lapras and Wingull in the background? They're the finishing touch for a great drawing! ^_~ It is great as it is, but I'll be interesting to see a colored version of it.


Hackysack:XD! This is so funny! I agree with ABL about the background in a panel. It makes the foreground come out really well. I also love how you colored Flareon's eye. It looks extremely cute. ^^ I think Pineco's color is the correct one, besides... and I've never thought I'd said this: Pineco looks so KAWAII! ^o^
 
You have the nicest line are and pen shading, nice interaction and backgrounds. I love your work. ^^
 
The Big Brother Squirtle picture is full of emotion, while the Pineco one is hiliarious, I admire your work.
