Suggestion 2-way block for PM based on post number

would it be possible to prevent non-staff members from pming users with less than 15 posts?

i just gave in to the temptation of double posting since i didn't want to select a random thread on the forum to post a vacuous but relevant comment in

this probably rarely happens but it could cut down on what is essentially spam

You can turn off Personal Messages, however you would turn them off so nobody can send you a PM, and you can't send one, but it wouldn't prevent you from getting infractions.

It's not that hard to bring up the relevant post count without breaking the rules. If someone sends you a PM, then they will just have to wait a bit for your reply.

Plenty of threads in the Pokemon World forum that are just "favorite" whatever threads. Most don't take much to make a valid post.
