Standings
With both finalists bringing Koraidon, the Winged King Pokémon has effectively already won the 2025 World Championships, following its counterpart Miraidon's win in the previous year. The finals on Championship Sunday will decide whether or not this victory is shared by Lunala or Calyrex Shadow Rider who both currently have one Worlds win, in 2019 and 2022 respectively.# | Prizes | Trainer | Pokémon | Invite

Top Pokémon
Raging Bolt and Flutter Mane have seen incredible success in Day 2, reaching 35.8% and 20.8% usage respectively. These two are indispensable within teams on which they feature, with Raging Bolt providing great utility by threatening fast Pokémon with its signature priority attack Thunderclap, and Flutter Mane similarly provides utility, typically by outspeeding every other Pokémon thanks to its ability Protosynthesis and using Icy Wind to slow them down even further, allowing their teammate to benefit.Pokémon | Day 1 | Day 2

Top Restricted Pokémon
Despite its dominance throughout the format, Miraidon has dramatically underperformed in Day 2 of the 2025 World Championships. It drops all the way to 30.2% usage, falling from 1st place to 4th. Outside of the expected success from Calyrex Shadow Rider, other less common Restricted Pokémon in Koraidon and Lunala have seen an increase in usage as well. Koraidon specifically jumps all the way to 20.8% usage in Day 2, partially thanks to its popularity with Japanese players.Pokémon | Day 1 | Day 2
