When seven days of Field Research tasks are completed, Trainers will be able to encounter Lickitung. Lickitung's Shiny variant may also be encountered rarely.

A different Pokémon and special bonus will be featured every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm local time:
- July 5: Ledyba ⁂ | 2× XP for catching Pokémon
- July 12: Machop ⁂ | 2× Candy for catching Pokémon
- July 19: Staryu ⁂ | 2× Candy for transferring Pokémon
- July 26: Meditite ⁂ | 2× XP for evolving Pokémon
Raid rotations all start and end at 10:00am local time on the dates listed unless otherwise noted.

- July Community Day - July 17th: Starly, the Starling Pokémon, will appear in the wild. Its Shiny variant may also be encountered rarely.
- Pokémon GO Fest Seattle - July 22-24: Pokémon GO Fest is bringing an in-person event to Seattle for the very first time! Grab some friends, and enjoy Pokémon GO Fest in this amazing location!
