Tandemaus to appear in Tera Raid Battles in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet for Valentine's Day

Tandemaus will be appearing in 1 star through 5-star Tera Raid Battles in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet between February 13th at 00:00 (UTC), and February 14th at 23:59 (UTC). These Tandemaus will be available in a wide array of Tera Types, including rare Tera Types for this species. Players will also receive a selection of sweet tasting rewards for their sandwiches by defeating Tandemaus, including Strawberries and Whipped Cream.

To encounter Tandemaus in Tera Raid Battles, players will need to download the latest Poké Portal News. If players have connected their Nintendo Switch system to the internet while playing Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, this will happen automatically. Players can also manually download the Poké Portal News by selecting Poké Portal from the X menu, and then selecting Mystery Gift, and then Check Poké Portal News. After that, players will be able to start a Tera Raid Battle simply by walking up to and interacting with an appropriate Tera Crystal in-game. In the overworld, the Tera Crystals associated with these raids can be differentiated from other Tera Raid crystals by their aura, which is mostly clearly visible when looking at crystals on the map.

A paid Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to participate in Tera Raid Battles with other Trainers online.
