I have 3 extra Charizard Y breeding eggs. Each is a male, Timid, 5 IVs (-attack), Solar Power ability in a Luxury Ball with the egg moves Flare Blitz, Dragon Dance, Outrage and Dragon Pulse. They were all born under the Masuda method.
Though they weren't shiny for me they might be for you. I don't use external exploits like RNGers so its totally up to chance what you get. Reply or send me a PM if your interested.
Their English by the way, in case you were interested in using the Masuda Method yourself.
Edit: I'm not sure if hatching them from a non-English area will still have them classified as English sinse you would probably get a renaming option. If still interested in using the Masuda Method I have some male/female already hatched with these same stats, moves and ability.
