Sonic DX: I think this was the first GC Sonic game. It had some new characters. I give it a 7/10

Sonic Adventures 2 Battle: My favorite Sonic game. 6 chacters, 3 stories, and a good chao garden. I give it a 9/10

Sonic Heros: I disliked it. Still, the team thing, 12 characters. i give it a 5.5/10

Sonic Adventure, I loved that game, and I still love it today. I loved having an over world with different areas to go to, I loved the level design and the sense of speed added, I loved the stories from the different perspectives, and I loved the additions of the Chao. I also really liked all the different characters I could be, but I hated the Big the Cat levels. The Fishing sim stuff was just too radical of a change that it seemed needlessly difficult. I also never had a problem with the Knuckles levels (or the Knuckles and Rouge Levels of SA2), honestly I don't understand the complaints... it's never taken me more than a few mins at most to complete the emerald shard search, and I never had issues with back tracking so I didn't get bored. I just didn't understand why people can hate that so much, and not hate the puzzle searching stuff in games like Mario 64 and Zelda (when they use the same logic in finding them).

For Sonic Adventure 2, I liked it a lot also, not as much as SA1, but it was fun. For some reason, I didn't like Sonic's level design as much, and found the Tails and Robotnik levels kind-of boring. I like how the Chaos were improved (and even more so in SA2Battle), and I liked the vs. in Battle. It was a good game though.

I will say that I liked the music in both games and never once had an issue with the camera. Those were two complaints people had. I don't know, I must say that complaining about the music is more of a choice in taste. Thinking back on it, it's kind of insulting that some reviewers rated down on the games because of it, as their choice in music is probably different than mine, and what they consider their favorite band may be closer to trash to me. (Not that the SA series had my favorite game music) As for the camera, I suppose it may break up if you try to do something you aren't suppose to, I'm not sure, but I know this was a major issue for reviewers.

I know I generally have a bias against most game reviewers because they seem to have tendencies to like things a certain way. (Just like I think movie critics tend to like a particular kind of movie more, and are inclined to give a ratings boost to those types because of it)

Though for the rest of Sonic's games... in Heroes, I liked that they finally brought the Chaotix back after fan cries for ages, but the overall game lacked a lot to me, and in the end, just didn't feel like a sonic game unlike the other two.

For Sonic and the Secret of the Rings... I think it should have been designed giving sonic the full powers at the start. The fact that you have to completely beat the game for it to feel right seems odd, and the game itself felt more like you were holding sonics hands the whole time rather than playing as him.

I haven't played the Sonic the Hedgehog HD, and I won't even talk about Shadow... well... on the plus side the theme song is an m-flo song.. that's about it.

As I see it now, the only way there will be another good 3D sonic game will be if SEGA gets enough control of itself again to rebuild sonic team the way it was and give itself the same budget. I think Sonic can use a revival though, Nintendo fanboys are a little too smug.

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle - 9.0/10.0
Excellent game which made me like Sonic.Although the Knuckles and Rouge levels were a pain in the backside.

Sonic Adventure DX - 9.2/10.0
My Favourite Sonic game on the 'cube. Had everything - perfect levels, the chao and a decent story.

Sonic Heroes - 6.0/10.0
One of the worst games I have ever played. Repetitive stages galore. And I had to play as Team Rose. Although the final boss was pretty sick. :p

Shadow The Hedgehog - 8.5/10.0
Was a better game then I thought it would be. Loved the multiple level pathways though, very cool. Poor graphics for 'cube standards also lowered the score.

Not GameCube games but......

Sonic The Hedgehog (360, PS3) - 7.0
Only slightly better then Heroes. Bad camera, bad bosses, bad story, although Sonic and Shadow areas were fun. Loading times make me cry.

Sonic and the Secret Rings - 7.0
Controls were annoying to say the least. Interesting story and levels were great. The gameplay however got stale, I like freedom. :)

I liked Sonic Adventure when I first played it, but I think that was because I liked some the music in the game, like the remixes of Hill Grove and Panic Puppet from 3D Blast. Some of the levels aren't bad, either, except that it seems to focus too much on speed and not the complex level design I knew in the Genesis Sonics.

I didn't like Sonic Adventure 2. I think it's the level design for me, too. They made the Sonic universe too realistic, and that just doesn't mix well with me.

Heroes-I only beat Team Rose's game, so pardon if this seems too harsh. This game's controls stink!!!!!!!! You can try to attack something, and end up killing yourself instead! I also think by now, they've introduced so many characters that it's pitiful. They all copy the powers established by Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles.

I know of none of the other Sonics, as after trying really hard to accept what they've done with him, I just couldn't do it. It isn't the Sonic I knew in the Genesis games.

Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Adventure are Dreamcast to GameCube ports. I have only played Sonic Heroes on the PS2 (My local GameStop only had the PS2 version when i went to buy a copy) the PS2 version's controls were not that bad, but my brother has the GameCube version and he said that the controls stunk. I have Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Adventure 2 and they were very good quality ports. I had rented the PS2 version of Sonic Heroes from Blockbuster and it is a good game.

I thought the controls in SA2 were ok. But I also think the level designs need to be rethought. Some of Shadows levels were "meh," Robotnik and Tails' levels I thought were rather stupid, and Knuckles and Rouge's level were just plain frustrating. I mean come on! A TIMED hunting mission?!?

I still play my copy of SA2B, mainly because of the Chao. Its the best 3d Sonic game hands down, best story, best play, best stages... the only things I have trouble with are Rouge's stages that aren't named Security Hall, and the car levels

Shadow was kinda fun, I liked it actually

Sonic Heroes is better than most people give it credit for.

DX is good, too.

The 2 Sonic Adventure remakes are awesome, while every other Sonic game (excluding the 1st for the GBA) really sucks!
