Hi everyone

I am posting up some exciting news that I have been able to visit Sinjoh Ruins in HeartGold & SoulSilver for a 3rd time. On my 3rd visit I got the final member of the dragon trio Palkia. I got there a 3rd time using a Toys R Us Arceus and I entered the same way as I did the second time.

The 3 Arceus that everyone will need are

Movie 12 Arceus
Hall of Origin Arceus (Diamond, Pearl & Platinum)
Toys R Us Arceus

I finally have all three dragons

I have a hall of origins but the event doesnt pop up.

TRU Arceus is how I got the event the first time. And the OP has a grand total of one post here. Color me skeptical.

Toys "R" Us Arceus is our equivalent of Japan's Movie Arceus isn't it >_>

The only differences between Movie 12 Arceus and TRU Arceus are the ID Number and OT. I'm guessing that the game checks if subsequent Arceus brought to the Ruins of Alph have matching IDs with those brought beforehand, which is essentially the same algorithm used in the Radio Tower's lottery game. If so, one of the event Arceus and two Hall of Origin Arceus caught in different games should be enough to obtain all three members of the Dragon trio. More relevantly (until the Azure Flute is distributed), three Arceus distributed in different countries should also do the trick (bear in mind that European countries were given the same Arceus).

I don't know why this wasn't observed here, but I'm fairly sure that you have to enter the Hall of Fame before you can return to the Sinjoh Ruins, as is the case for regenerating legendary Pokémon. I hope you realize that a Hall of Origin Arceus (which doesn't have a Fateful Encounter flag) can't trigger the event the first time around.

Those are the three Arceus that i used i got the Movie 12 and TRU Arceus from Action Replay and the Hall of Origin one from Platinum

On my first visit I got Giratina and second visit Dialga

Hey guys. Defeated the Elite Four after getting my first one with a TRU. Defeated them when I had eight. Can't do event again. Do I need to beat them again since I have all 16?

Did you re-enter the Hall of Fame between visits?

Which Arceus did you bring the second time?

HoO. But just read that atricle, thought you had to talk to the guy again. Going to go check! THANKS!!!

EDIT: Am in lower part, am not being transprted to Sinjoh Ruins.

In-game events can only be activated by a Fateful Encounter flag or specific location data, depending on the event. Two Fateful Encounter Arceus will be treated as the same unless the event checks their location data as well.

This one isn't FE, only the 1st was.
My comment wasn't directed at you but at the topic of the thread. I'm just saying that the Japanese movie Arceus and TRU Arceus will be treated the same by the game unless it checks their location data. I already know it checks location data because only a HoO Arceus reactivates the event whereas an Arceus caught on Route 203 does not.

The Hall of Origins Arceus does have the flag in Pt, but not in DP. And since it's more likely that if the Azure Flute is distributed, it would be just for Pt, and therefore it will probably never be possible to get a legit Arceus without the flag.

I've never heard of that, and it is well known that this is the case for Shaymin. On the contrary, I recall being told that the Hall of Origin Arceus couldn't trigger the Hiker event in Platinum.
