4-5IV Dratini's

I'm giving out these dratini and I am in search of some 3-5IV pokemon.
I will accept X mega stones, but I'm really looking for some 3-5IV Female Mon's.
If you have a HA pokemon or a 4-6IV ditto, that would be beyond awesome.
I will also accept a male Mon with 3-4 egg-moves
preferably 3-4. I will accept a 2 eggmove pokemon if it has resonable IV's.
I have just over 12 dratini so come quick!

Edit: I now have 30+4IV and 25+5IV dratini.

Yeah, I'm not really someone that cares too much about nature.

it would be nice if it were missing only the Speed or HP stat, but I'd be fine with the others, I'm going to end up breeding it, so I can work with any stat missing

So a Luxury Ball Goomy with all stats other than Defense?
I'll check if I have one of those, if I don't I'll breed you a fresh one.
