Quite possibly one of the few Pokemon to look like it crawled up from the bowels of Hell.

I shall call it, Datingdatshoodentbi.
 
Theory: Diglett and Dugtrio are all meerely extensions of this thing's evil tentacles from the center of the hellish prison where he dwells!
 
I can't wait to see the sprite/Sugimori art of it. I second it for best legendary ever.
 
Someone needs to use a Masterball to catch it, and then launch it into the sun. It should not be.
 
This thing is the only Pokemon to learn a 80% acc dark-type sleep-inducing move that hits BOTH OPPONENTS.

According to PokeBeach, this thing is called Guillotina, as in "It'd like to behead you, if that's not too much trouble."

No, Guillotina is the yellow and white Ghost/Dragon Ledgendary.
 
Hrm. Pokebeach has it listed next to the Ghost/Dragon legendary. So what's the unholy abomination?
