4v4 Doubles Team

I'm working out a doubles team for the official tourneys. Help out Bulbagarden.

Dusky sets up trick room and sits there. He's a ghost which means he can't be flinched or exploded on. The lum berry is the make sure he sets up the room against other smeargles. Tpunch lets him hit zong and waters, but priority moves are really nice to have with Smeargle.

Scizor is super good with endeavor Smeargle. Has one of the most hard hitting priority moves in the game and can work in and out of trick room.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Adament
EV: 252atk 252hp 6spdef

Spore
Mach Punch
Stone Edge
Protect

Breloom is an awesome Pokemon. It has a priority move and spore. Stone edge is to hit things fliers that think they can switch in.

ALTERNATE FOR BRELOOM

Parasect @ Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
Nature: Brave
EV: 252hp 252atk 6def

Spore
Protect
X scissor
Screech

This is strictly a counter for rain dance teams. Dry skin let's him switch into water attacks and heal an incredible amount in the rain. Parasect can sleep like no one's business with trick room up. Screech helps my other physical Pokemon do their thing.

Six Pokémon will be shown prebattle, and four will be used in battle, if you are using pbr or something for this. I don't think shoddy supports 4v4 doubles, doubles in general for that matter.

Secondly, is there such a clause as "level clause" for pbr? Because that would imply that Smeargle will be assumed lv100 (or lv50 if the rest of your team is assumed lv50) instead of lv1. Or can you just say open level in the ruleset?

Technicalities aside, your team looks good as is. Can you suggest another alternative just like how Parasect was Breloom's alternative for rain teams?
