I've started getting screens that read something along the lines of:
Error 503 Service Unavailable
Service Unavailable

XID: 1617920190

Varnish

The number following the XID varies with each occurence.

I'm wondering, is this screen part of the ongoing problems? And if so, is it a sign of them getting better or worse?
 
We're kind of rotating through problems. Apparently we have a lot, and when we fix one, we get a new one. It's like whack a mole. We'll win though.
