Been using GTS, but the most I've found is 4IVs. Looking for shiny breeding and 5 IVs (minus Special Attack) would help insure any shinies will most likely have the stats im after. If there's something you want breeded in return ill see what I can do. Otherwise, below is a list of some of pokemon I can catch in safari.

Charmeleon
Cloister
Snowrunt
Fenekin
Absol
Loudred
Ferroseed
Metagros
Bronzong
Frogideer
Squirtle
Arcanine

My safari has Ditto in it:
