GEN VI: 5IV HA Treecko w/ Egg Moves

So I'm looking for a Treecko with Unburden and Synthesis, Leech Seed, ans Dragon Breath as egg moves. Its IVs should be 31/x/31/31/31/31, and gender doesn't matter. I'll offer anything here in return.

Waiting isn't a problem. As for nature, Modest will do. Also, would mind me taking one of your female HA breeding leftovers after you do finish, assuming the final one isn't female?

Edit: On a side note: If you could get HP Ice, that would be cool, but entirely unnecessary. x(Even#)/31/x(Even#)/31/31/31, if you didn't know; the person in Anistar city should tell you, though.
