GEN VI: 5IVs Jigglypuff of whatever nature, gender and egg moves!

Hello I'm looking for a 5 perfect IV Jigglypuff, gender and nature do not matter. Preferably a 31/31/31/31/31/x jiggly but beggars can't be choosers so I'll take whatever else too! I don't care what ball it comes in either.

I can give a 3IV Pokerus lvl1 Froakie with either a shiny stone or damp rock for it. Hope this is good enough!
