Hi all, I put this here because it's not a very simple question, and probably doesn't have a very simple answer.
Anyways, I found several seeds to rng perfect pokemon in the wild, and I have proved that they are correct in my game. However, I am searching for a perfect ditto in the Giant Chasm, which has a 15% encounter rate. Whenever I start the game on the seed, I always get the same exact pokemon. On one seed, I would always get a level 52 clefairy instead of a ditto. So my question is, what determines which pokemon you encouter, and is there a fairly easy way to manipulate that value?
Also, I noticed that While searching in double grass, the IV frame seemed 6 frames higher than normal. Is that because of the double grass? It couldn't have been because I took too many steps, because I only had five pokemon with me.
Thanks!
