It took a lot of rummaging through PC boxes to find just the right Field-group Pokemon to start breeding with (because I don't have access to a Smeargle Friend Safari), probably at least ten generations of breeding and certainly a few hundred eggs (with requisite trips to Kiloude City to verify them inheriting IVs) ... but I have successfully bred a few Smeargles with six matching IVs.
Of zero.
These are Smeargle in the absolute bottom percentage of all Smeargle.
I'm keeping one of them for myself, of course, but that still leaves two I can trade off readily. Anyone want? You can offer up anything in return: be it a Sunkern, Joey's Rattata, that Magikarp you bought for $500, doesn't matter.
Any takers, let me know (of course) and feel free to register my FC in advance (it's in the sig).
