9 fearless gym leaders battle page.

yes, after along wait our battle page is open. to challeng our team you need to meet these standards:
-you need an official trainer card (located on another page)
-a team of six or less
-no legendarys

the battle format will be single,no restrictions so expect to see lv100



each trainer must go through each leader and beat the champion to complete the gym leader challenge.

RULES:
-a trainer may rematch leaders repeatedly to beat the gym leader, the trainer may only face the same leader once a day

-trainers that purposely disconnect from the battle maynot continue on the gym leader challenge and must forfeit.

-trainers may not use legends,whynaut,and what ever we bann later

-trainers must use the same pokemon throughout the whole challenge

THESE ARE THE GYM LEADERS:

1st: @ Argus Claydol (monkey gym theme team)
2nd: @ jokool (flying/ground)
3rd: @ Mockingjay (sandstorm theme team)
4th: @ SceptileSD17 (grass/fire)
5th: @ mkman (electric/fire)
6th @ Soulmaster (fire/water)
7th: @ jaamoon (rock)
8th: @ Rockman.EXE (dark/steel)
9th: @ CommandurrClowncrete (no theme team)


champion: @champion jobob (dragon/fire)

THESE BATTLES WILL WILL BE A TRUE TEST TO YOUR TEAMS. NO BATTLE WILL BE THE SAME AS THE LAST.

First: Does this mean that we're not accepting new members anymore? Because I know someone who was wanting to join.

Well if you read the rules up at the start of the post you will see you need a trainer card which jokool linked to in his last post I don't know if you post that here or send it to jobob @champion jobob care to say one way or another? and then I think you just either pm, vm, or mention the correct leader here and we will battle then. For now since we don't know one way or another if you get the trainer card done you can send it to me if jobob doesn't say anything one way or another.
 
What is the ban list? Are we using smogon, Pokemon online, etc.? Or is it just legendaryless ubers?

EDIT: also, is pokemon-online allowed? Or just the DS games?

I think there isn't a ban list. At least not as of yet. And it is for the DS games only.

Eh, either way, I'll be using legit pokes. How long is this going to run? or is it just going to run and have a "hall of fame" with tournaments among the members of the HOF every once in a while?

Also, shadow tag and encore should be banned. Not the pokes themselves, but the use of the moves.

Ah, yes but Wobbufett is the only Pokemon that truly depends on them, so.
 
But there is mean look/encore smeargle as well. They do the same thing.

Well, you have a point there. :p We couldn't block those moves, but we could block the move set. Also adding Dark Void in there also.
 
If we put in sleep clause, there is no point in banning dark void. Secondly, banning encore is downright idiotic. It is not broken by any means.
