It's freaking hilarious, but I'm kind of speechless. All I can really say is that if my child acted like this, I'd either hurt him really bad, disown him, or just do both. -___-

Bungie is the main man for cracking down on stuff liek this in their games, otherwise it depends on the developer mroeso than Microsoft.

Nintendo might do well to have the headset really, with the Xbox headset there is a way to mute things when shit like this happens. I usually have it on mute because I can't stand 12 year old american accents (sorry guys, you just sound so damn whiney), but it is a useful tool to have in team matches. The headset is more of a good tool than a curse, so long as ti has the mute feature

As for the video, that is some seriously messed up shit. If I were that kids parents I'd have kicked him out fo rhte house by now, or laid down some serious discipline. The thing is though, the reason that kid is like that is because he's spoilt :/ It's ideally as much the parents fault for him being an asshole as his own psyche is.
