Well, I had decided I wanted to code up a random avatar that would change images on refresh. You don't allow .php files, which isn't a super big deal, so I had it output to a .png file.
However, while it worked fine, it lost its randomizing. After a bunch of refreshing and still getting only one of the avatars, I right clicked on the avatar and clicked "copy image URL" and put it into my address bar. It wasn't the original URL I had put into the box, which is why it didn't change on refresh anymore. It seems to have uploaded the avatar to your servers rather than just outlink to the url.
I can kinda get why you would do that (save from hotlinking), but at the same time, I would hope most people here know to Save and Upload here or Upload to a place like photobucket.
So, what I'm asking is:
Would it be possible to keep the URLs put into the box for Option 1 avatars rather than having it take the image it gets from the URL and uploading that?
