A change of Life and height perspective.

First I'm going to have everyone get to know the characters and How these Pokemon met the kid that then became their trainer.

First characters to know... Ales Saijo the trainer & Lu the Lucario.

A young 17 year old man who is seen for his caring heart and calming nature but well going to start back before he even had a pokemon... His journey started as a test seeing if he was old enough to have a pet pokemon back when he was still 12 years old his parents had decided to put him in this week long trianing program at a nearby Pokemon Center by this Professional Trainer when they got there Ales was given a Riolu from the Man who gives the test. Over the week the young kid Ales and his test Pokemon the female Riolu became closer then mere friends you would have sworn that the two of them were somehow related. The week had come to its end and Ales' parents took him and the Riolu back to the Pokemon Center where the Man who lent him the Riolu then took some notes then gave Ales the best results possible which showed Ales' parents that their son was truly old enough for a pokemon everything was great until the Man took back his Riolu and started to leave Ales looked at the Riolu who turned to him and waved goodbye with a tear in her eye. Ales had felt like his heart was literally breaking as he ran to the Man and quickly started to hug the Riolu with his eyes flowing with tears as Ales cries not wanting to lose the Riolu the Riolu suddenly started to evolve and started to hug Ales back while she also started to cry just as much as Ales is. Seeing this the Man lets Ales keep the newly evolved Lucario because Ales and Lucario had grown so close in just a short week that to seperate them now would be the worst thing to happen to them... Four years passed since that day and Ales and Lucario who he named Lu have never been apart neither day nor night well except when Ales takes a shower or uses the bathroom somethings are better done in private...

Next character to be known... Eve the Eevee.

Good, but there are places that could use a comma, and a few run on sentences. Just be sure to proof-read, and make sure everything is alright.

erm, is this a prologue or what?
You need to split this up into paragraphs, not just one huge wall of text, and include some more punctuation (commas mainly).
Also is it not strange for a new trainer to have a Lucraio, quite a high level pokemon?
It's your fic, just be careful not to make him to overpowered, yet as you gave him a Lucario you have to be equally careful he is not to underpowered as well

Get to know the character... Eve the Eevee

Bio-> A young female Eevee with a gentle nature towards Ales and Lucario since the day they had freed her from below a tree while trapped in a hole.

The time in which this happened...

Fours years had past since Ales and Lucario came together as partners and Super close friends and today is a specail day the Day that Ales sets out with Lucario to start his own Adventure now that he is 16.

"Ok Lu let's get going!"
"Lucario!"
"Ales Wait!"
"Mom?"

Just as Ales and Lu his Female Lucario were about to go when suddenly he hears his mother calling out to him. So he stops and his mom gives him a large package which he opens to find 15 potions, 15 bottled waters, 15 cans of Lemonaid, 5 pokeballs, and 10,000 funds.

"Wow thanks alot mom!"
"You're wlecome my darling baby boy..."
"lululu..."
"MOM!"

Ales shouts in embarrassment as Lu giggles at him and his mom. After getting his cool back Ales takes his new bag and his still giggling female Lucario partner and leaves his home town. Everything is going fine once Lu has quit her giggling but then they come across a fallen tree.

"Ok... Road Block..."
"Lucario?"

As Ales looks for another way around Lucario looks at the tree that has fallen down onto the path then spots a hole nearly completely covered when suddenly a paw popped out trying to get free then goes back into the hole so Lu grabs Ales by his sleeve.

"Lu...?"
"Huh? What is it?"
"Lu Lucario!"
"Ok I have no Idea what you're saying. I wish we had an Aura connection so I could understand you."

Ales says as he guesses Lu sighs then quickly points his head to the small hole and he sees the small paw pop out Ales gets surprised and quickly starts to push against the tree and Lu joins him to help but they can't move it.

"Not good..."
"Lu..."
"LUCARIO!"
"LU!"

Ales grabbed Lu by her hands shocking her but also seems to strengthen the bond they have which also gives Lu a bit more strengthen and they try again to move the tree and they get it budged just enough to let the trapped pokemon an Eevee freed.

"I think it's hurt."
"EE!"
"AH!"

Ales reached out to the Eevee who quickly bits into his hand but then lets go and licks his hand as Ales takes a seat on the ground and the Eevee then jumps into his lap and falls asleep.

"I think we should take her with us..."
"Lu..."

With a nod of agreence from Lu Ales cathces the sleeping Eevee and nicknames her Eve then lets her out so she can walk with them as they continue on past the fallen tree...

Next character to know... Aquamarine the Vaporeon.

Get to know the character... Aquamarine the Vaporeon

Bio-> A playful female Vaporeon that had shocked Ales by getting at his sweet spot then bringing him a Pokeball to catch her with. A interesting pokemon with an interesting personality.

The time that happened...

About a week after getting Eve and finally leaving home which is now two town back... Ales is justing leaving a Pokemon Center having had healed his pokemon who after a tough battle that won him another 250 funds.

"Ok Lu come on out!"
"LU!!!"
"Good morning sleepy head..."

Ales tells his Yawning Lucario before walking off leaving her alone infront of the Pokemon Center.

"Lucario? LU! LUCARIO!?"

Lu realizes she is alone and starts to shout hopping that Ales returns and when he does carring a second bag she quickly jumps on top of him and nuzzles his chest.

"Ok... Sorry I just went and bought a tent..."

Ales says getting Lu off then together they head into the next woods leading to the next town. After a long walk making Ales feels tiered and Lu too they come across a beautiful lake in the middle of the woods and decied to rest up there.

"I'm going to let out Eve so we can all relax here."
"Lucario..."

Once Ales lets out Eevee both her and Lu head over and start to smell these flowers that are growing near the water. While Ales walks over to the water and removes his shoes and socks and dips in his feet.

"This feels nice..."

Ales says then splashes a little as he spots Eve leave the flowers then head over to the water and a Magikarp pops out so Eve taps it and then it squirts her in the face with some water making Ales laugh.

"Hahaha! *GASP!*"

As Ales laughed something brushes both of Ales' heels making him laugh more then gaso in shock as he jumps back because something got at his most sensitive and highly ticklish spot.

"What did that!?"
"Lucario?"
"Eevee?"

Ales shouts then Lu and Eve look at him just as a Vaporeon emerges from the water and head over to Ales and licks both of his heels in a very playful way causing him to roll around laughing as Lucario and Eevee just stare then when the Vaporeon stops it returns to the water then quickly returns with a Diveball which it lies at Ales' feet which she gives another lick then shows her belly.

"You want me to catch you?"
"VA!"
"Ok..."

So Ales Catches it using the Dive ball it brought him and all though highly strange he catches her and then lets her out to see if she'll like the name Aquamarine the Vaporeon responds by happilly licking his feet driving crazy with laughter which also made Lu and Eve laugh.

Next character to know... Luna the Shiny Umbreon.

I like this story so far, and I like Aquamarine's personality. It's cute. Can't wait to see Luna!

Get to know the Character... Luna the Shiny Umbreon.

Bio-> At first was a very timid umbreon until Ales had risked his own safety in an attempt to protect it from a bully of a trainer.

The time this happened...

Night was starting to fall upon Ales who was still laughing from Aquamarine who had now started to tickle both of Ales heels using her tail after Aquamarine finally stops ales pulls out his tent he bought and to sleeping bags that came with it.

"Lu can you set this up while I put my shoes and socks back on?"
"Lucario."

Lu smiles and gets to work as Ales gets his shoes back on then gets Eve and a reluctant Aquamarine back into their pokeballs.

"LU!"
"Done? Great..."

Ales and Lu get into the tent and into the sleeping bags Ales in the Left and Lu into the right one.

"You did a great job."
"LU!"

Lu gasps as Ales gives her a kiss on the cheek which again seems to strengthen their bond and also give Lu a bit more physical strength then they both fall asleep as the sound of nocturnal pokemon fill the night time sky.

"Huh..."

Ales says still asleep but he feels some pressure on his chest he guesses it is just Lu putting a an arm on his chest so he falls back to sleep... Next morning...

"Yawn... good morning... shiny umbreon... SHINY UMBREON!? WHA!?"
"UM!?"

Ales wakes up and finds himself face to face with an Umbreon with Blue rings instead of yellow they both shout then the Umbreon takes off running.

"Wait that Umbreon seemed more then simply scared of me..."
"Lucario..."
"Oh good morning... would you mind packing things up I've got to go and investigate something."
"Lu?"

Lu is highly suspicious but she trusts him and Ales takes off in search of the Umbreon as Lu starts to pack things up.

"I've got to find it..."

Ales takes off running and eventually finds it being hurt by another trianer who is tossing rocks at it. So Ales rushes over to the Umbreon picking her up and making the trainer even more mad so he gets hit with rocks instead.

"OW!OW!OW!OW!"
"LET GO OF THAT POKEMON!"
"NO!"

Ales shouts getting pelted by stones his dedication to protect the Umbreon is so amazing that the Umbreon uses Confuse Ray on the trainer allowing Ales to escape with her.

"Thank you. Do you want to come with me?"

Ales asks the Umbreon it happily licks his cheek before falling asleep from both exhaustion and its injuries. Ales names it Luna and carries her back to Lu how has everything packed and they are off leaving the lake in the woods behind. Ales carring the sleeping umbreon as they walk.
