This is a compilation of every great quote from the main series Pokémon games, from "Ew! Don't try anything funny in the dark!" to "Oops! Dropped my Balls!" I was going to use that "I'm a heartbreaker named Charles" as an example, but can't remember the wording. Sorry.

Can you specify a little more? I took "Super Nerd outside Celadon (east end) RBY" to mean a nonbattling Super Nerd on Route 7, but I may be wrong. And are there bikers on Route 21? It seems hard to believe... maybe you mean "Swimmer?"

Super Nerd: he has a Voltorb, Koffing, another Voltorb, and a Magnemite; and after he loses he says "I am better at school than this!"

Biker guy: Yes he is swimming, his trainer type is Cue Ball.

I forgot her name but a female swimmer in the Undella Bay (Unova) asked you "Did you come to see Cynthia in a swimsuit?"
She even asks you that if you play as the girl.
