Leaf storm can take away nearly half of a blisseys health (ive experimented) so it could kill almost anything that switches into leaf storm (except heatrans of course). sludge bomb is unexpected and is great for taking down neutral type pokes. sleep powder either forces a switch or lets you switch to an appropriate counter. shadow ball is for psychic and ghost type coverage

Your friends blissey has an odd EV spread. 252speed? i wouldnt make it a bold coz any attack would OHKO a bold bliss with 0 atk EV.

Return wouldnt be a bad option for luxray.

Okay, yeah, Switch the Speed around a bit. I'd either go for a split Defense/Special Defense, or pure Defense, because Blissey already has amazing Sp.Def.

whoops. i meant defence. I made a typo. but yeah, why would you EV a bold blissey in speed and give it 0 defence?
