A good moveset- Quagsire?

A good moveset for a Quagsire would be:
Waterfall
Surf
Ice Beam
Earthquake

Those are moves my Quagsire knows.

Ice Beam, Waterfall, Surf, and Recover (Available through breeding) If you don't want to start from level one, teach it toxic
