A little help?

Calling all excellent Poke'mon-style artists out there:

I need someone to please create an avatar masterpiece,
using a sprite of the Poke'mon roleplay character that I use
at another site. It needs to be 100 x 100 in size. Her name
is Shinsei Hinoma, age 19, and here's the full details on her:

She kinda resembles Flannery, the Lavaridge Gym Leader. Has dark
green hair tied up in a high ponytail on top of her head, and that's
tied with a gold band. Wears a short-sleeved, tight Banana-yellow
tank top (shows her stomach) with a small emblem on front
that resembles a Magnolia flower. Has a dark magenta belt with
Poke'ball clips, Lilac pants with Greyish Lilac bellbottoms, and
rugged dark green (nearly black) metal-toed hiking boots.

If that thing gets expanded to 100x100, it's going to look horrible. Can't you just use it as-is?

LOL.......

The sprite isn't meant to be that size. It is meant to be
the same size as the original sprite, and the new one is
to be used in making a new avatar (which will include a
few pics of Poke'mon that the RP character posesses).
