I have a Pikachu card with a rare miscut from the Ex Sandstorm series. Pokemon cards have 4 rounded corners. But, my Pikachu card has only 3 rounded corners and the top left corner is squared. The card is yellow on the front. So, the 3 rounded corners are also yellow, but the squared corner is white. The front side of the card is mint and the back side is near mint.

Do you think this is a rare miscut?

How much do you think this Pikachu card is worth?

Your card could very well be a miscut, however, the chances of a factory mistake are very slim. The squared corner being a peculiar color as opposed to the majority of the card could mean that it's fake. A sure sign of a fake card is the colors being inaccurate, faded, smudged, etc.

As far as pricing goes, it all depends on the condition of the card. Keep in mind that Pikachu (72/100) is of common rarity and most collectors won't pay very much if it's not in decent shape, even if it is a miscut.

My only tip would be to inspect the card itself or at least post a picture of it so that others can.
