Rules.

1. Legendaries can be encountered but CANNOT be captured.
2. Starters can be shiny but is 0.1% chance of it being shiny
3. Shinies can be encountered and captured but are rare
4. No GOD MODDING.
5. You cannot kill a player's pokemon.
6. No Flaming.

When you say 'Starter pokemon' in the rules, do you mean the first pokemon you would have in the RP, or specifically one of the 15 pokemon one of the professors gives you? It wasn't made very clear.

The RP is based in the Unova region. The Unova starters can be given by Prof. Juniper when the trainers arrive in the lab. But you can also start out with a pokemon from Unova as a gift or that you rescued.
