A new theme has been released - Let's Get This Place Humid! (April Fools 2026)

Hi hello!! I'm here with today's weather forecast for Bulbagarden dot net. It might take a little bit because I'm a Slowpoke sooooo...



The weather forecast is calling for... clear and dry weather? Huh...That can't be right... April Showers bring May Flowers! It can't be dry!!

Geez, this won't do at all!! I mean, I can try to Yawn and summon some rain... but I don't think its humid enough. What can we do to make things humid here-

Oh my goodness, I guess she's here to help us get this place humid!! How kind of her!!

we named her jennifer bulbette bulbagal. but her jp name is sakina miyazono 宮園咲菜 which is like. shrine + garden 'miyazono' and bloom + vegetable/greens 'sakina'

I've literally been in love with this concept since day one, Mem, and you really knocked it out of the park!! Totally going to be splitting time between this one and my older sister's ZA theme mwahahahahahaha. It's been sooooooo cool to see this to from 'what if lol' to. shes real and shes sooooo beautiful .. . :_; ouuuuggggggggg

I just selected it. I was worried the April Fools theme would be something strange, but the color scheme is great and it gives a nice green. I will be keeping it for a while. Nice job to the creatives behind it.

I tried Distortion World once. The red text was way too bright for my eyes

i mean... we have plenty. In no particular order:

• Bulbagarden Monster Mash
• Bulbagarden Pumpkin Patch
• Distortion World, as already mentioned
• Grimergarden
• Let's Go [Dark] (for a darker green)
• Rainbow Rocket
• Defender of Lumiose
• Hala-ween

these are all themes made with darker colours/shades/hues. i understand not every theme made appeals to everyone's tastes and that's okay! but i do think this comment comes off as rather disingenuous given the amount of dark themes we do have. it may very well be that our dark theme selection isn't your specific liking, which is fine, subjective taste and all, and we'll put effort in the future to expand our darker selection themes but i think we have plenty to choose from in the meantime.
