A new WoW Expansion Pack announced (Will it ever end)

A new World of Warcraft expansion, entitled "Wrath of the Lich King" raises the level cap to 80, allows players to travel to Northrend, and introduces something called "Hero Classes." So far they've announced only the Death Knight hero class. From what I've heard, the death knight class is unlocked from a level 80 quest chain, at which point you can choose to create one. Hero classes start at a higher level (Somewhere between 55-70) and you HAVE to have completed the quest chain to create a given hero class.

They're also adding new battlegrounds with Siege warfare and destructible buildings. It's sounding pretty bad ass so far.

I'd like to know why they thought people want to play as tubby walrus men.

If the Hoard gets the Tuskarr, the Alliance deserves the Pandaren. So both have a ridiculous, fat, furry race on their sides.
