A Pokédex with Encounter Rates

About a year ago, Meowth346's Pokémon Forever proper was taken down. Later, its Pokédex went down too.

That Pokédex was extremely useful to me. It had the exact encounter rates of Pokémon species in every location. Is there another site that has that information?
