Suggestion A rate my pokemon thread

There's a Rate My Team thread so I think there should be a rate

my pokemon thread for when you don't have a complete team and

your making it pokemon by pokemon.

I believe there's no problem against having people rate a single pokémon. I know I asked people to rate my Sceptile once there, and there were no problems with it.
