And a thanks to Pokevirus and Vitimins to allow full EV trained by LV5. Also I know the Eevee needs a lot of work, but don't have a replacement for him yet.

And yes, Eevee needs a different Hidden Power. Ghost/Dark = poor coverage.

could probably use Ponyta> growlithe, higher attack and speed as well as priority in quick attack

I rather like my Growlithe To me its the Eevee and maybe the Ralts that need replacing. Gastly practally does everything Ralts can do, but stuck on what all to replace them with.
My Riolu does have the Ghost/Fighting coverage with Shadow Claw and Cross Chop, though I know Inner Focus is a better ability than Steadfast. His Wide Lens is to help with the Accuracy of Cross Chop, Iron Tail, and Blaze Kick.
