The Pokemon articles all have German and French names in addition to the standard English and Japanese names you see on most pages.

Charizard (Japanese: リザードン Lizardon, German: Glurak, French: Dracaufeu)
I have some resources that would allow me to add German, French and Spanish names to other articles, like main characters, items, locations, etc. Should I add these, and if so, what is the style for it? I would assume it goes:

Falkner (Japanese: ハヤト Hayato, German: Falk, French: Albert, Spanish: Pegaso) but I'm not sure. Why is the romaji of Japanese text in italics to begin with? Should the German, French and Spanish names, since they are already in the roman alphabet, also be in italics? More importantly, is all this extra info even relevent? I only ask because the only place I see it is on the Pokemon article pages.

Thanks.

The romaji is in italics because it is a transliteration of the kana presented. The names that use our alphabet do not need to be italicized.

Go ahead and add the other names; it would prove interesting.

*gawking* Albert?! Him?! Blasphemy!

...Nevermind. Not the time for a rant.

Though all I have is what's been posted on TGC sites, if you want/need, I can give you some of the GL names in Italian. As meager a number I can provide.

I didn't even know there was such a site with lists of pokemon names in languages other than Japanese and English. But there probablly is. Wait thats probablly not what you're talking about is it? :)

I was disgusted at Falkner getting a name like Albert too, but when you consider the French pronounciation with the silent "t" kind of an "Ahlberr" sort of thing, the name becomes sexy enough to suit him.
