Strategy
Get out Smeargle, and Color Pick a few times while setting up 1 or 2 Lumineon and the Feraligatr. Then, Send out Lumineon, Rain Dance a ridiculous amount of energy, and Reverse stream. Reattach energy next turn. If it dies, you'd still have energy to attach to another Lumineon. Endless cycle until win.

Basically, although I don't want to bore you with a detailed rundown, you need to find room for this stuff:
2x Claydol GE
2x Baltoy GE
2x Totodile HGSS
1x Croconaw HGSS
2x Feraligatr Prime HGSS
2x Bebe's Search
3x Roseanne's Research
3x Rare Candy

I'd suggest dropping Unown J and Unown Flash, Delibird, a 1-1 Lumineon line, Pokegear, all your Supporters except Bebe's & Roseanne's. Essentially, get more stuff that lets you search/draw, and less useless stuff like Delibird. Also, Dusk Ball is almost always a better option than Poke Ball.

This sounds like a good idea. I was thinking about x4 PokéDrawer +, too. Although, do you mean making it 2 Feraligatr, or adding 2 to make it 3?

Adding two to make it three. If one of your Gatrs is prized, and one is KO'd (which is very possible, considering how much PokeBlowering and bench hitting there is in the format... not to mention Luxray GL Lv.X and Bright Look), you still want one left. Three is a good number for such a crucial supporting line. And PokeDrawer+ is definitely not a bad idea.
