Since I noticed KPU was gone, I began to wonder "how do they decide what big RP is going to get its own spot?" I just want to know; I don't have any ideas good enough for one right now, but I have a thirst for knowledge.

Well, actually there was an application period way back from last year for RP Manager, and no one ever replied. So I did.
