Remember those times that you were searching for a specific Nature and Ability on a Pokemon? You captured many Pokemon thus wasting much time.

So what if there's a feature that let's you see all the info about a wild Pokemon before you capture it? It will be located in the center on the bottom screen and will simply be titled Info.

This feature will give details about:
- Nature
- Ability
- Stats
- Held Items (If Any)
- IVs (If Any)
- Typing (For new generations' Pokemon or if you forgot a Pokemon's typing)
- Any other relevant info

This way you can easily check all you need to know about any wild Pokemon including Legendaries.

Well, you can use thief for items (thats how i got some of my items.

Well, yes, Thief helps with items. But with this feature you can find out everything about a wild Pokemon. This would really help many Trainers.

No. It makes the game too easy, and kill the whole point of catching pokemon.

Don't you want to save time? Instead of catching a legendary for example and soft resetting because it doesn't have the right Nature, wouldn't you rather just view it beforehand and save much time?

Yeah, such feature will certainly save time, but it kills the fun to capture Pokemon. Because then, everyone will simply select the Pokemon until one meet the "perfect" one.

And also IMO, in felt unrealistic and systematic if all these stats are visible in the first sight. No one knows the details of another people just by the first glance. The same should goes to Pokemon as well.

Synchronize is what that's for. I mean, I guess if it showed data from the pokedex it would be fine, and maybe moves

ORAS's DexNav is probably the closest thing we will ever have to such a thing.

I may like the idea if the Info button comes after you defeat Elite 4 and the Champion. I mean, Professor may congratulate you and give you a present as improving your Pokédex which will be able to show you the info.

This could work. Also, the button is optional. So if you don't want the info, don't press the button.
