Well then, you have come to the right place!
Also, I only allow three banner, three avatar and one sketch request at a time. After requesting for an artwork, you furthermore cannot ask for another one until said request has been completed. Even so, please wait a while before requesting again. Be nice to the world; let someone else share the fun.
Rules:
1) For Arceus’ sake, DON’T SPAM. It’s like rubbish, if you really think about it. Nobody wants it, and nobody wants to pick up after it. Don’t degrade yourself by dropping off your litter everywhere like others do on countless art threads at communities elsewhere – it’s equally rather shameful as it is disappointing.
2) Don’t rush me. I do my best to put every ounce of effort into my work. Those who know the pain of high school can understand maintaining fairly good grades and having a "life" (or what could be called one) at the same time isn’t all that easy.
3) Don’t flame. It just shows how much of an idiot you are. Although, any comments regarding on how to improve my work, the appreciation of my work, or anything of the like are permitted. Keep in mind that there’s a difference between constructive criticism, and destructive criticism.
4) Give credit when it is due. I know it’s annoying, and takes valuable space on your signature, but you have to, otherwise you may be labelled as an art stealing criminal.
It also saves me from watermarking your artwork (as in, putting a signature or symbol to represent that I have made it) ‘cause it usually wrecks the image altogether. But, that’s just my opinion; you can request for a watermark if you wish. It’s just I have to kinda… think of one first. D:
5) Fill out the form. Very simple. It saves time and enables me to have an idea of how your work should turn out.
Now, "What is this form?" You ask? Well, for further details read below. (It's rather simple, really. ;D )

Deadline to receive your art is 6 months - no more. If there may be a circumstance where you will not be able to access BMGf for any reason (school, camp, vacation etc), notify me prior to your absence.
