I noticed recently where English dub of Horzions were much slower than before thanks to being on Netflix or BBC iPlayer makes me wonder question of this: What's cause of this all delay new episodes dubbed in English at every 2 months where japanese sub was already released ahead of them?

Localization takes time and probably due to distribution agreements that makes certain countries like Europe get access 1st before the US does.
