First of all, i'm not sure if i'm on the right board, but if i'm not, i'm sure one of the higher ups will move this for me.

Anyway, my question is this: I'm planning a Team Rocket costume for Halloween in two months. I got most of the costume prepared now, except for the hat. Based on the pictures and in game sprites, i'm not really sure just what kind of hat that is. It looks kinda puffy, or something. Does anybody know what the heck it is so i know what to look for?
 
I struggled with this as well when I tried making a Team Rocket outfit last year. I looked and looked but couldn't pin a name on that hat style, so I eventually gave up and just went with my black baseball cap.
 
It looks like a flat cap to me. There are some with a button which makes the top puff up and look like the pics.

It's a black flat cap it seems, like the one I have.

But if you want to go with that art, a black baseball cap should work fine.
