Absol or Mightyena?

I was just wondering which of the two would go best with my Dog Team? I know Mightyena beats Absol in the looking-like-a-dog department, but I also want to know which of the two is stronger? My Mightyena's already lvl 80 and its moves are: Sucker Punch, Bite, Payback, and Embargo. I haven't been training Absol so its moves are at lvl 25 are" Bite, Razor Wind, Quick Attack, and Taunt. Please give recommendations! =)

Obviously Absol is more Powerful with a base Atk of 130. You should do

It is obvious that this does not belong here. I am not sure if "Just in Rome" Knows what EV's or IV's are.
