It's a totally different Earth, year 9308. The planet is under the control of two superpowers, the Eldith empire and Wermech union. In 9262, war broke out between the two countries, a war that has continued to this very day. As the generation that started the war got old, the Eldith realized that their only hope to keep up with the Wermech's seemingly inexhaustible supply of officers was to set up an academy where the next generation of elite soldiers would be trained. You are a promising young recruit, aiming to save your empire from destruction.
Heres how you make your character:

Name: Jakku Ebansu (To be fair, that's the name I always use, because it's my name, not just my user name. Comprende?)
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Area of Study: Naval, Pilot
Personality: Jakku is easily annoyed, immature and loves flying. Hence the naval thing. He's usually sarcastic, but for some reason has traits of heroism. This worries him, so he tries to keep up a Chaotic/Evil exterior.
Appearance: 5'12, or thereabouts, Brown hair, with glasses. Bright green eyes. He's very tall and thin, so his body features seem kind of exaggerated. He has little upper body strength, but has more leg muscle.
History: Jakku joined up because he was recommended by an Eldrith army officer having saved his village from invasion by marshalling the men, women and children who had not gone off to fight, and holding off the foes until reinforcements arrived. He had a pretty unusual childhood, but he can't swim. That's kind of unusual, but he hates water. Hence the flying, which is just about as far away as you can be from water, excluding clouds.

Also, brief edit up there. The areas of study were a bit messed up. Could you post which sub-subject you are learning? example:

Personality:Strider is usually emotionless, and seems to always have a serious face on. But sometimes he can be compassionate.

Appearance: Strider has long, flowing brown hair that tilts to the left side of his face. His face is a little bit chiseled. He has blue eyes, and slightly dark skin. he is about 6'0.

History: Strider was born in warmech, but his parents move to eldith to become assasins. He was brought up to become one. He was sent to eldith by his parents to hone his skills.

Well I mean are the elite on the battlefield,like the Waffen SS or Marines, or are they uniquely inserted into battle. Are they like SEALS and usually get deployed by water, HALO or HAHO Airborne(at the year 9308 I expect ODST like units)?

They get deployed whenever anything becomes FUBAR. They can get deployed anywhere and given almost any task. The couriers are kinda like them, only their tasks normally involve rescuing people and assassination, while elites just blow stuff to pieces. Elites sometimes do use robot suits, but they also sometimes fight in normal combat armor.

Personality: messed up. Emmett takes blood calmly and also most everything else without a flinch. When off duty Emmett is very lay back and warm hearted, he doesn't slack off at work and claims he doesn't worry what he does at work cause it's for a greater good.

History: Emmett was born and raised knowing he could be better than normal people. His parents both had jobs in the army and it influenced Emmett follow their path. He did have trouble with science and biology.

Personality: Tyler believes he is the best. He is not contempt with second place. He pushes himself to be better then his father who was one in the top 50 best trained Spec Op. in his country. He strives to be the best. He can be seen as a jerk but willing to try and be nice to those he thinks will make him a better soilder.

Appearance: Tyler has broad shoulders with a sturdy body. Not exactly muscular but free from fat. His blue eyes look as if there looking through you. Blond hair cut in normal military styled shave.

History: He wanted to be the best of the best and set out to prove it. And family tradition 10th generation Special Forces.

Personality: Arrogant yet open minded. Gary is witty and very clever, he knows his way around a ship and a blind man's purse. He's greedy yet he knows his limits. He will often go out of his way to get a job done, being a perfectionist. His ideas of fun are booze and lots of naked women.

Appearance: Tall and strong. Gary has a tattoo of a fox on his back and has numerous scars down his neck. He has fair brown wavy hair and no blemishes. His skin is very pale.

History: Gary has a mysterious past. All everyone knows about him is that he is a spectacular flier and that he has no family waiting for him.

Area of Study: Sniper (And if I could, could he also be sort of an artillery coordinater? Such as calling in artillery support on targets.)

Personality: Cool and calm, but talks too much. He usually hangs out alone, but If you meet him in his room, prepare for a lengthy conversation. He also can work with computers.

Appearance: He has black-brown hair, and has a well built body. He also has a medium sized scar on his right cheek due to a hunting accident.

History: His family, all the way back to his great-grandfather, were in the Army, more specifically the artillery corps. He decided to branch out, and because he was a natural good shot, he joined to become a sniper.

Well, you get promoted pretty fast, so becoming an admiral isn't out of the question. Given how many people have signed up (my past record for people actually signing up for my rps in 1 1/2, so I'm pretty surprised at how many people want to play) I might need a co-host, so if you really want to start out as a teacher, PM me. However, if you start out as a teacher or admiral, you'll have to be the co-host, not just a player.

Also, a bit more explanation about the world. First off, their technology is WAY more advanced than ours, but the theme is steampunk like, so they still use ballistic rifles and they have almost no genetics. They do have space flight, but it's not all that better than what we currently have. Their metallurgy isn't much better either, they still primarily use iron/steel for everything. Their flight technology is WAY better, and it's based around lighter than air flight (blimps). They don't have the huge gas bags anymore though. Just though it would be a good idea to explain the setting a little more.
