Acquire Heliolisk & Buneary promo cards + Goomy-themed items, in Pokémon TCG Pocket's newest Wonder Pick Event — New Ranked Match season starts now

The newest Wonder Pick Event in Pokémon TCG Pocket brings new Heliolisk and Buneary promo cards to the game's Wonder Pick feature, along with a selection of limited time Goomy-themed event items to the in-game shop. This event will run through to January 18th, at 9:59pm (PST).

The newest Ranked Match Season, for the Crimson Blaze expansion, is also underway, running through to January 25th, at 9:59pm (PST). In ranked matches, players will face off against other players of a similar rank. Players will receive an emblem based on their rank at the end of the season that can be showcased on their player profile.

As usual for Wonder Pick Events, every time a player's Wonder Pick is updated, there will be a chance of a Bonus Pick or Chansey Pick being made available. Bonus Picks are free, however Chansey Picks will require 2 Wonder Stamina.

Each Bonus Pick will feature one card (either a Heliolisk or Buneary card), along with two Event Shop Tickets (Goomy) and two wonder hourglasses, with players receiving one of these at random as with a normal Wonder Pick. Note that the cards in these Bonus Picks are not guaranteed to be promo cards of either Heliolisk or Buneary, and players may instead be offered the option of the Heliolisk or Buneary cards from Crimson Blaze. The promo cards are mechanically identical to those previously released cards, differing only in their art.

Chansey Picks, meanwhile, will guarantee players either a Heliolisk or Buneary PROMO-B promo card. Both the Bonus Pick and Chansey Pick expire, so players will need to check their Wonder Pick lists frequently to ensure they don't miss any opportunities and acquire as many cards as possible.

A set of special Missions are also available for this event, awarding players with Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) that can be used in the in-game shop to buy the event exclusive Goomy-themed items. The missions to acquire these shop tickets, and the rewards for each mission, are as follows:

• Wonder pick 1 time - Shinedust ×2000, Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×2

• Wonder pick 3 times - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×2
• Wonder pick 4 times - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×3
• Wonder pick 5 times - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×3
• Wonder pick 5 times - Promo Card Exchange Ticket (Goomy Wonder Pick Event) ×1
• Wonder pick 6 times - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×5
• Collect 5 Lightning-type cards - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×3
• Collect 5 Colorless-type cards - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×3
• Collect 10 Lightning-type cards - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×3
• Collect 10 Colorless-type cards - Event Shop Ticket (Goomy) ×3

As with all recent Wonder Pick Events, all items for this month's event have been added in a single large update. These items include:

Additionally, players can use the Promo Card Exchange Ticket to obtain the promo cards from the event directly:

• Heliolisk (018/P-B) - Promo Card Exchange Ticket (Goomy Wonder Pick Event) ×1
• Buneary (019/P-B) - Promo Card Exchange Ticket (Goomy Wonder Pick Event) ×1

Players can also exchange leftover Event Shop Tickets (Goomy) for Shinedust at a rate of 50 for each ticket. These items will be available from the in-game shop until January 25th (PDT).
