I talked to Iteru about this one, but the "Staff currently active" bar is inconsistent with your contacts list, ie. it adds that little plus icon to whomever it pleases or nobody at all. Here's a cap: (link)

The plus icon just shows which members are on your friends list.

Sometimes though, there is a glitch that causes it to show a plus sign next to mods that aren't on your friends/contacts list sometimes. Sometimes it has shown random staff members with the plus sign next to them that have never been on my contacts/friends list at all. That's the issue that Trainer Yusuf is referring to.
