Activity Stream?

Is it really necessary and can it be removed in any possible way? Because it's getting a pain to have to keep going to my visitor messages and the same when I want to post a visitor message.

Is there any way you can make it lead us directly to visitor messages again? :|

I agree, it's a cool feature but is a bit troublesome being the default profile tab.
