Adamant Groudon and Careful Rayquaza

So I have this adamant groudon and a careful rayquaza. However, they are touched but I can give them the EV berries to reduce it. Post what you can offer.

Actually, I only have surf now .. but I'll trade it with a masterball.

I want groudon though, because I can get rayquaza if I have it.

Suicune, Raikou, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Mewtwo, the fairie legendaries (mesprit, etc.), Heatran, Phione, Latias, Cresselia, and Kyogre. Pick any two for Groudon. All are UT except for Kyogre and Latias (only lightly).

Doesn't look like I can get Groudon lol .. I'd still go for Rayquaza though, because I can trade it.
