Additions to the next generation?

As many of you know, the pokemon company has added new evolutions to certain pokemon as generations went by, for example, Chansey was an only pokemon, and overtime Blisey, and then Happiny came as well, in the next generation what additions to a pokemons evolution do you think will be added on?
Let me start by saying that I believe that Ditto will have an evolve form.. Any other ideas?
 
why would ditto evolve? Its no reason at all to, it transforms into other pokemon and thats all it will do.

Also, I have wondered why nearly every pokemon has to have a 3 generation line. Yeah pichu and happiny appeared because the evolved versions of them were popular.

Thinking heracross could get a grub like pre evolution and then become a cocoon like kankuna, then evolve to heracross. But I don't know about any other pokemon evolving though.
 
I believe so because ditto knows transform, and it would evolve into something with a far more superior and rare move.. and yeah i agree.. will there ever be like 5 generation evolutions?
 
nah, Ditto has no need to evolve to me, it evolves itself to ANYTHING it battles lol

anyways, I think in Evolution terms, they should give a baby evolution to Kangaskhan, and give an evolution to Smergle.... or at least make Dunsparce less useless....

and for new pokemon, if I can find my new ability and pokemon's post I would post it lol

and Items, whatever seems useful to the trainer
 
omg yes for kangashkan, its a kangaroo and even has a baby in its pouch.
 
They'll probably use the most forgotten Pokémon and give them ugly evolutions, and the most popular Pokémon and give them pre-evolutions. I wish they would just give forward evolutions, as babies are basically worthless and competitive battling needs more options.
 
i believe that Torkoal and Dunsparce should evolve and Lapras Absol and Kangaskhan should have pre evos
 
do you think legendaries will ever have pre-evolutions or evolutions? if so i think rayquaza should have a baby
 
No I think that would take away from them being legendary, though manaphy had an exception, I guess..so maybe.

I guess if you view the games as more discoveries being made as the time goes on, perhaps we WILL eventually see baby legendaries.. one pokemon can't live forever...can it?
 
A non-screwed up (if possible) Xatu evolution.

Leave Torkoal as it is, unless you want a pokemon which references Tommy the Tank Engine.

Quilfish desperately needs one.

Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre say hello. They are immortal

But yeah, I was thinking on evo's for Legendaries, but had not much idea on how to implement them at all in game or anime.
 
I can't believe Kangaskhan deosn't have a baby form yet. It should've been introduced in Gen II. What are they thinking?

They could give Rapidash an evolution and give it wings (like Pegasus).
 
That'd actually be pretty sweet, but they need to make it look creative and good at the same time.

Yes, what about an evolution of primeape with like metal straps and crazy sharp teeth, that would be cool :]
