i noticed the other day that in the uk the daily four o clock showing of advanced battle has moved from toonami to cartoon network
i was wondering whether this is a sign that we may get the next batch of episodes (and hopefully the end of the run) after the battle at viridian gym with agatha (forgotten the episode title)
does anyone have any informatuon about this
also does anyone have any idea when (if ever) we will get the 6th 7th and 8th movies here in uk?
further more anyone have any idea whether they will release any more dvds of the anime in uk?

I have no idea how well Chronicles did here, though they seemed to sell out no problem in my local HMV, but if they did well, I'd say that it's possible we'll see the 9th Movie here.

God knows about the 6th, 7th or 8th though. I certainly hope so, if only for the fact they're likely to be in widescreen.

what about the advanced battle series
when are the new episodes back on?

Nothing has been announced so it won't be for a while. (September is my guess.)

Update

The 4-5 slot on Cartoon Network is apparently an August-only thing since there is no sign of Pokémon there in September.

Toonami, meanwhile, have somehow gotten the rights to Johto League Champions. (Which does explain why Sky One are suddenly giving us much more from Hoenn.) So expect a similar scenario to Johto Journeys earlier in the year with so called new episodes just delaying Advance Battle even further. They really should have left it since I'd be surprised if we got the start of season nine this year now.
