Have something to advertise to the Pokémon community? Great news! You can put an ad on the BulbaCast!

Advertisements shouldn't be too long - half a minute is generally a good size for a radio ads, although particularly short or long messages may want to consider halving or doubling that size. Advertisements with music are preferred.

If you need assistance in making any sort of advertisement, feel free to ask here - even if it's for recording the advertisement itself, since we understand not everyone who has a message is equipped with a microphone to share it with. Other questions and comments are welcome as well, of course.
 
Advertise for Camp Fuck You Die plz? o_o I would give you guys my firstborn children if you did.
 
Hmm. That one might need some consideration, just based on the name - there's been a request to tone down the language. Although it could be bleeped out. XD

Any thoughts on how the commercial would go? I know there's zombies and the Network is turning into a one-fandom version of it, but really, my knowledge of CFUD isn't as great as it could be.
 
You could always play clips of the anime or a users favorite song just a small clip (i.e how ringtones do)... Than when it the media finishes have the user say a few words like.. (mere example) PocketNews.. We Deliver News 24/7
 
We have Pokémon BGM available and the like, and making Pokémon-related commercials should be no problem. CFUD, however, is some sort of anything goes multi-fandom crack RPG, and therefore is not quite as simple to make a commercial for. XD
 
One thing I've been thinking of adding to Bulbacast is a dedicated short segment with some community based news, submitted by people on the forums. Things like announcements and/or mini-adverts for things like Fizzy Bubbles, the Diplo Game, (P)ASB(L), and so on and so forth.

Thoughts?
 
That would be pretty cool. We could make announcements whenever the Brock Club hits its milestones, too. X3
 
Well, i may suggest you somesthing. You can place a music intro segment(short of about 30 seconds) and an ending theme(longer then 45 seconds).
I have made one short intro, but I do think it needs a little bit improvement(or edited)(although I think it sounds just right)

There have been discussions about intro/ending music for the BulbaCast, although none which have lasted long or even mentioned possibilities for what to use. I've actually composed an arrangement of the Lucky Numbers Show music that could possibly work as an intro, but there's been a lack of feedback so I have no idea.

Bringing this back to the subject - if need be, I will be glad to attempt cool arrangements of music from the games to be used in advertisements. Tell me what you want and how you'd like it to sound, and I'll see what I can do. =D

Oak - I don't think we've decided who's approving ads or what yet. You can feel free to PM a link my way for now, though, at least.

Argy - Sounds great. Anything you need help with in doing such?
 
POL Advertisement

I want to feature a Pokemon Online (POL) ad on Bulbacast. Who will I contact to arrange this? It doesn't need to be long.

This thread is obviously VERY old, but I hope we can still post advertisements, nobody else really has, but I'd like to introduce, Pokemon Battlefield online, it is using generation 3 graphics, it will be set it a region called Shino, it takes place in a different demension after celebi is awoken in the Ilex forest.
I dont wanna give too much away, so I'll just give you the advertisement, feel free to adjust the audio if it isnt audible.

Though the advertisement says it will be out this summer, it may very well come out sooner, we are working much faster than I planned.

Oh cool! This is definately something I need to keep in mind, 'specially with the climax of my 6 year old fanfic "Ultimatum" coming up in the next few months.

So do we need to make a donation to advertise on Bulbacast?
 
Oh, does it have to be done live? =z

I'd prefer to put it together in my own time and send as a sound file, if that was okay.
 
do they have to be serious or like the bipa PSAs from season 2?

if not i have a couple that may be "interesting"
