Advice on Super Training

So, I got an extra version of Y that I am starting. I gave myself a team of 6 and I would like to super train them all in the beginning and just see what I can do with a single team. Here is a list of the mons on my team.

Froakie
Barboach
Phantump
Noibat
Flechling
Trapinch

What are good stats I should focus on to raise them up properly. I do plan on letting them evolve as well.
